The products sold by Suvitamara designs are not eligible for any returns/replacements as such.
* Customers are eligible for a replacement only in special cases such as damage during transit.
*Customers are expected us to inform any kind of such issues within 24 hours of package delivery, if it is reported after the timeframe, the product will not be eligible for returns/replacements.
*If there is any pickup service available for your locality, we would initiate a reverse pickup and the damaged product can be handed over to the pickup professional who will get in touch with you. In other cases, the customer is expected to ship the damaged product to us within 2 days of receiving the product and a shipping refund of 50 INR to 100 INR shall be refunded back to you based on your locality.
*We encourage you to contact us through email only (email@example.com ) to get clarity on the process and avoid any confusion.
*The returned product will be replaced unless the product is in stock with us. Customers can expect a coupon code only when the returned product is unavailable with us. We shall not provide any refunds. The coupons can be used for future purchases with us.
*Orders once placed are not eligible for any kind of cancellation. And ONLY Suvitamara owns the right to cancel any orders if required.
*There could be a chance when we are unable to deliver one or more products of a particular Order. In such cases, the customer will be provided with a refund for the unavailable product alone. Refund will be processed in 24 hours to the original payment mode and will be credited within 5 to 7 business days.
We double-check the products for any damages once the stock comes and also before we pack and the packing is done with utmost care.
For International Parcels, we require an opening video of the package to claim for any kind of damages in transit. If any one of the products among your order is damaged, we shall provide a gift coupon which can be used for future purchases with Suvitamara. If you have ordered only one product and the product is damaged during transit, we shall provide a gift coupon including the shipping charges. No refunds shall be processed in this situation and customers are expected to contact us via email only(firstname.lastname@example.org ). No replacement option is available in this case.
A few of the below things are not accepted as damages and in turn not eligible for returns/replacements:
*All our products are photographed under natural sun light and we try to display the exact colour and shade of the jewellery we sell. However there might be slight variations in colour/ shade due to individual screen resolution and photography devices. Any discrepancy shall not be considered eligible for returns/replacements. Please consider these while purchasing from Suvitamara.
*Minor transit issues like stones/pearls/beads coming out of the jewellery, loop coming out of the jewellery which can be easily fixed with a glue/hand are not considered eligible for returns/ replacements as they are handmade by our artisans. If you need any assistance in this regard, please contact us.
*All of our budgeted hip belts are made in bulk quantity and minor scratches are common in the belts, hence they are not eligible for returns / replacements.
*There is no replacement available for bangle size issues and hip belt issues. For hip belts, kindly check the description of the product for the waist measurement details. For bangle sizes, kindly refer the bangle size chart details provided.
*We provide only back ropes for the jewellery and if back chain is available for the particular jewellery, the same would have been mentioned in the description.
*The handmade semiprecious bead jewellery and kemp jewellery might have slight bead/ stone/ colour variations as natural semiprecious stones/beads reflects and emits light and might have minor irregularities . These are not considered eligible for returns/ replacements as they are handmade by our artisans.
* The stones and finish in Polki kundan jewellery and jadau kundan jewellery are completely hand cut and handmade, hence there might be slight variations or differences which will not be considered eligible for returns/ replacements as they are handmade by our artisans. Every handmade jewellery is made with lots of love by our artisans and kindly consider these while purchasing.
*If the jewellery's actual appearance differs from the customer's expectation or if the customer feels it would be big/small/heavy for them, the product is not eligible for returns/ replacements.
*At times, the back stem of the earrings is bent purposely to avoid damage during transit. This will not be considered as a damage and it can be easily straightened with fingers before using!
*No returns/ refunds are eligible for ON-SALE products and in case of any transit issues, customers are eligible for a replacement and if the same product is not in stock, customers are expected to purchase a different product for the same cost. A coupon shall be provided in that case.
